Plain terms. No surprises.

Price and payment

Prices are fixed and agreed before we start (Custom builds are quoted first). There’s no deposit. You pay the agreed price securely via Stripe once you’ve approved your finished site, before it goes live. Anything outside your package is quoted first. Prices are in AUD; no GST is charged.

Changing your mind

Cancel any time in writing. There’s no deposit, so if you cancel before you’ve approved your site, there’s nothing to pay for the build.

Timing and your part

Most sites go live about two weeks after booking. If your details, photos or feedback arrive later, launch moves back to match. Please only send content you have the right to use.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website, domain and content. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Care plan

Your Care plan starts on the day your site goes live. It costs $40 a month, charged to your card each month, and covers unlimited small updates (fair use), photo uploads and specials, security and backups. You can cancel the Care plan any time by emailing us; it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you keep your website. Bigger changes outside the Care plan are quoted first. We give 30 days’ notice of any Care plan price change.

Other providers and results

Domains, hosting and apps come from other companies and are passed on at cost, with your OK first. We can’t control their outages, and no website can guarantee rankings or sales.

Your rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it’s limited to fixing the work or refunding what you paid for it.
